Yes, we do! We currently ship to most locations, but shipping fees will vary depending on your order, preferred method of shipping and where you're located.

For all addresses located in Singapore, untracked shipping is available at $1.50 for all small to medium sized packages. Tracked shipping is available from $2.50.

For international addresses, we only use tracked shipping in order to ensure your items reach you safely and quickly! Tracked international shipping starts at $12.

For all orders under tracked shipping, it will take a day or two for packages to enter the tracking system - so do give it a couple days before trying to track your item.

In some rare cases, we might have messed up on giving you a misstyped tracking number - in which case, we're so sorry! If you're having trouble tracking your item, feel free to reach out to us and we'll love to help.

Do note we’re not responsible for any issues with lost mail once the item has been mailed out. We will always check our items upon completion and, for custom work, we will always send through an image of the finished item before sending it out. We package everything securely using bubblewrap prior to mailing, thus we will not be liable for any damage caused once it's out of our hands (literally and figuratively)!

We will never send damaged or broken stock - do note that slight chips on beads or stones are perfectly normal due to the nature of the materials and will not be a reason for a replacement.

However, we will always do our best to avoid using any fragile or broken beads in the process of manufacturing your gorgeous pieces.
